ICE in Texas: An Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer has been indicted on a felony assault charge after a man was hit by a federal vehicle during an immigration operation. ICE Officer Mario Alberto Morales was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, identified as a motor vehicle.
